Cool Electric stabilizer jacks

I am new to this forum (first post). We purchased a Rockwood 2608ws last month and have had a couple of problems which we have corrected ourselves. The latest problem I need some help on. The electric stabilizer jacks in the front of the trailer make noise like they are working but nothing happens. Does anyone have a clue?

Something is broken. Perhaps the motor/stabilizer drive unit. Are you close to your dealer?

Btw... welcome to the forum!

I believe there is a shear pin that connects from there motor assembly to the shaft to drive the screw the jacks attach to. Not positive, but that's what I'd look for. It's gotta be at that connection point, or where the jacks attach to that big threaded rod.
