Entertainment Center ???

Hey guys. How do I get to the back of my entertainment center. Its a Genesis. It is mounted flush on the surround of the TV / WOOD along side of the TV. I am curious if you push on the sides to unclip it from the wall or whatever. Anyway. Thanks.

On my Genesis, there is a beauty ring, that snaps off carefully. Using a small flat screwdriver, gently pry the outer ring off to expose the screws.

Use a flat bladed screwdriver on the BOTTOM two slots to SLOWLY pry up on the face plate covering. Gently pull the cover up and off working each plastic connection out of the radio. They are VERY easy to break so use great care.

Once the cover plate is off there are 4 screws to remove so you can slide the unit forward to access the hidden and unused connections.

Which Genesis? The GT 3.0 or the GT 2.0? On my GT 2.0 you pop off the two side bezels to access the screws. Unscrew and then gently pull out. Be aware that some of the hookups are on the right side of the unit, so you may have to twist slightly to the right to get the left rear corner to clear before you can pull the rest of the unit all the way out.
