Exposed Screw Heads Along Edge of Slideout - Repair Techniques?

I noticed that there are two areas along the outer edge of the roof for the slide where the eternabond tape has wrinkled around two screw heads. One screw head is partially exposed. Should I just dab some Dicor self leveling on the spots, or should I completely re-tape those areas? If re-tape is called for, should I cut away the wrinkled tape? Will a double layer of tape cause clearance issues when the slide is closed? Also, I read one thread where it was stated that the tape is not eternabond, but instead a special butyl tape that is slippery on the surface.

Thoughts or advice?

Remove the tape, replace the screws with ss flat head screws (you will have to countersink the hole a little) and re-tape with Eternabond.

That's what I figured, thanks for the tip on the screws!
