Just want to let everyone know that the factory reps do respond to your emails. I had several questions regarding our windjammer. I emailed Forest River on Saturday with all my questions. They said on the website to give them 2 to 3 days to get back to you. I received 2 emails today from Chris Hollowed answering all my questions. It's nice to know that and much appreciated. Thought I would post something positive!
