Fan-astic vent Ultrabreeze covers

Has any one gotten the Ultrabreeze vent covers by Fan-astic vent corp. How well do they work and install.

I did read it but since I don't have any vent covers on my TT I wasn't able to offer anything in feedback. Sorry.

I heard you. The faster new posts come in the faster previous posts moved down the line and off the page. While many of us like to use the Recent Threads scroll we also like to use the other options to see what other posts/threads there are. I can't speak for anyone else but I usually check the other options later on as the scrolling line up usually keeps me busy enough for a while.

Good luck.

here is a link to a video on youtube about the ultrabreeze covers. Seems like a very good vent. Ultra Breeze Vent Cover from Fan-Tastic Vent - YouTube

Yes I seen that on youtube, I just put two fantastic fans in my MH and was wondering about putting covers on next. Trying to decide if this is the best cover out there considering the cost. Most reviews that I've looked at are pro to this cover but I wanted to see what folks on the forum have to say about them.

I don't currently have one on my fantastic fan, however this is the one i'm leaning towards for price and looks like best airflow as well.

That's what I'm thinking too, I am wondering about the installation hardware however, I've heard it's kind of cheap plastic compared to the other covers using metal hareware?

Hopefully someone who currently has the covers will chime in and give us a review on quality.

I installed a fantastic vent cover. You remove 4 screws that hold the fan. Then you use the larger screws supplied to install 4 metal brackets. The cover then sits on 4 post attached to the brackets. The cover is held in place with cotter pins thru the posts. The plastic seem to be about the same quality as other covers I have seen. I have only had mine for 6 months so it' s hard to say how it will hold up in the long run.

How tight is the fit with the pins holding it down compared to screws and nuts?

The cover holds tight. There are washers that go between the cotter pin and cover so you have to push the cover down to get the cotter pins in.

Thank you Happy Vibe, that's what I was wondering. As I said earlier most of the posting I've seen on them were pro but I did see one that made me wonder about them. Thanks again.
