Finally broke the bank2017 F250 Diesel

Well, been pulling successfully for quit a few years with the F150,but always wanted to upgrade. With a trip to Lake placid NY for 10 days next week and then a couple weeks traveling around Lake superior I broke the vault on this beauty. 2017 F250 Super Duty Lariat, 6.7 Turbo Diesel! Cannot wait to hook up the trailer and see how this pulls. Click image for larger version

Your going to love it, especially the exhaust brake. I traded up from a 2013 F150 ECCO Boost to a 2017 King Ranch F250 SWD 6.7 diesel CC and love it for towing.

Hey Gripper!

You "Cannot wait to hook up the trailer and see how this pulls."

You want to know how it will pull?

I'll tell you, "FANTASTIC".

Enjoy the ride too. Relaxed.

Remember, have fun.

Just traded in our 2017 F250 Lariat SWD for an F350 Lariat Dually. I miss the 250 already. Better fuel mileage and easier getting in and out of places. Congrats. You will enjoy it.

Put a few hundred around town miles on it before you leave on your trip.

BEAUTIFUL Truck!! and I like white the very best!

Read up on towing on some ford diesel forum.

ALWAYS tow in Tow Haul Mode (It changes the shift points to optimize your engines torque while towing) and if necessary drop to Manual Mode in hilly country to keep your RPMs between 1800 and 2200.

It will keep your transmission oil cooler.

Stay out of 6th gear when towing too for that same reason.

But it will pull like a dream compared to a gasser!
