Where are your favorite places to go to find cool weather in the summer?

Depends on definition of cool weather. We have stayed in the mountains of northern New Mexico in the past. Next year we will try the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

So far this summer in Western NY, we haven't been able to escape cooler weather.

West coast of Michigan. Lake Michigan's 65-75 Deg waters cool the air temp 10-15 deg compared to the inland air temperatures. There are lots of campground right on the lake. You need to be right on the lake shore to have this cooling affect

Oregon coast....Portland had the hottest ever June, and it's been 90 plus in July, every day, and will be to Saturday...the coast is high 60's.

Right here at home. July is the only month with no record of snow in the meteorological records going back to 52. It's been toasty this week but in true prairie fashion... just wait five minutes!
