Finding location for warranty repair

Hi everyone- I took my Rockwood into Camping World in Cocoa for a few minor things. I understand it's not going to be at the top of their list but I'm not really happy with their service. I took it in last Tuesday for a stabilizer switch and some other very minor issues. The service adviser told me the parts would have to be ordered. I said fine, I'll take it home because I want to keep it covered and when the parts arrive I'll bring it back. He said let me keep it for a couple days and I'll fix what I can. I called Saturday to inquire and he said the tech wasn't there and he wasn't sure what was done, could he keep it until Monday and he would give me a call. I called yesterday (Monday) and was told he would be made aware that I called and call me back. Well he never did and a "couple days" has turned into a week. I called today and left a message for him that I would be there at 11:00 to pick up it up and to have it accessible. All I wanted was to keep my trailer at home and under cover until the parts arrived. I didn't expect them to fix it immediately.

Any suggestions on finding a place to do warranty work on my Rockwood in Orlando or nearby? Do the mobile guys do warranty work?

Update- Picked it up today, they completed all work except what they needed parts for. Besides the extra 4 days and not calling me they did ok. Since nobody has any suggestions for finding another location I guess I'll stick with them. After reading others experiences maybe I should be ok with it.

I'm in the same boat....dealer after sale care has been non existent. No return calls, emails or texts, and these are warranty items. Not forest river warranty, but things they installed to get the sale. Will be getting a lawyer but in the mean time I need to find a place for warranty service and I'm very concerned.

Sounds like you're talking about separate manufacturer's warranties.

While it does irritate me that Camping World didn't call me back when they said they would and took 4 extra days, they did get the job done. Later I also found that they re-caulked my kitchen sink, which was done sloppily, without me asking.

The dealer I bought my 2011 Rockwood Ultra Lite M2607 left a lot to be desired when it came to their service department.
I found B&E RV Repair in Ocala, FL. They are an Authorized Forest River repair facility and they do not sell anything. I have had warranty service done by them as well as service since the factory warranty has expired. I am very satisfied with their work.

Guess I should have explained, I need a dealer if any issues come up on my camper that would be forest river warranteed. Mrt2607 : I like that idea of service but don't sell. Seems they would want to satisfy their customers. Unfortunately Ocala is to far for me, but will keep in mind
