First full 3 day weekend with the new TT

It was great. It rained... it was cold at night. Two things tent campers (wives and kids) hate. My wife was comfortable all weekend. I even watched a romantic comedy with her!! You will never get her in a tent again. Coleman is going to miss us.

Here's a couple of pictures.

Great pics...if I had to guess where you camped it would be on some TVA or Duke power plant created lake in the southeast...sort of looks like Lake Hartwell ....what a good time... my wife is fastly heading down the road of no more tent camping ....

I have a few tents that are quite water tight...our Eureka family tent, my Kelty backpack tent and my MSR backpack tent...all can tolerate a good down pour...just sayn ...

I was going to ask the same thing. Glad you had a good time. Your camper is very pretty.

Thanks. We were at San augustine park on the Sam Rayburn reservoir in east Texas. It's somewhere weve been plenty of times tent camping so we figured it a good place to start.

Glad you guys had fun in the new TT, it sure does beat tenting doesn't it. We just got our Coachmen Catalina 28DDS mid-summer of 2010 and love it. All it took to finally go get it was watching the guy beside us set up his TT in less than a half hour meanwhile we had just spent about two hours sweating our @#@ off setting up our hudge tent. Next day went to the dealer and got the ball rolling!!!!!
