Day 2. We left Jackson and headed north on highway 412 to cut straight across. Arkansas. Well, it took a lot longer to finally get to Oklahoma,but at least DW said she had fun. I think she wants to be the navigator from now on. We are now set up at Brushy Lake State Park in Sallisaw,Ok $15 night.
My problem is lack of sufficient strength in hands to open the travel cover with one hand while holding hose. Solution is plastic pail which I dump after hose cleaned and stored- then dump dribble from pail, rinse it and store in box with hose. Takes a few seconds more but it works.
I too had an issue with "leakage", so I bought an addon twist on waste valve, now no more worry about spillage on the ground from a leaky valve.

My husband created and adds to a check off list he keeps it in a $1 frame and uses a wipe off marker so it’s reusable. I think he has two. A firm surface to write on. He thinks I need one too! I keep declining.
