First trip completed
Well we got the shakedown cruise out of the way, didn't pull but about 30 miles and stayed at a campground 6 miles from dealer. We had a few minor problems, shower stall leaked around the bottom of the metal door frame, went to dealer and they gave me a tube of sealant and a caulking gun, problem fixed, that evening wife was doing dishes and discovered a leak on the sink drain piping, looked at piping and all the fittings were hand tight, tightened them up and the tail pipe popped out of the joint, it was cut too short, took all the drain piping to Lowe's and purchased new fittings & piping, problem fixed, showed dealer the receipt and received store credit. Wife did a load of laundry and the washer had a leak under it, dealer installed washer/dryer set and TT is on their lot waiting for Mon morning.
All in all it was a good experience, we had the good fortune to camp next to a couple from Canada who had 30 years of TT experience, I learned a ton from them.
We are leaving Louisiana for California on the 24th for a week at the beach for granddaughters birthdays and then on to Nevada, Arizona, Utah, then back to Louisiana.
