Took the new Toad Haul out on a maiden shakedown trip. Came to Lake Carlyle in Illinois. What a great CG. Saw a picture a couple of years ago of this place...I think it was from Turbs??? Been wanting to get over here ever since. This is the view from our site this morning!
I'm guessing you are staying at Eldon Hazlet State Park. There are also three COE campgrounds on Carlyle Lake that are beautiful. I hope the shakedown trip was flawless.
