Flagstaff compared to Jayco Eagle?

I just put a deposit down a pre-owned 2007 Flagstaff (31' TT). Right after this, I ran across what is actually a better deal on a 2005 Jayco Eagle with the almost identical floorplan. I am committed on the Flagstaff, but this made me wonder which is the better travel trailer? I am pretty sure I can't back out of the Flagstaff, but I may turn a friend on to the Jayco. I am not sure if the 2005 Jayco Eagle is all aluminum frame or not (I think the recent models are). Can I get some unbiased opinions on this? I don't have enough experience to judge the quality of construction on these, nor can I find brochures that date back to '05.

Many thanks!

Not sure about the older ones, but I looked at a friend's brand new Eagle and I wasn't overly impressed. But it was a bare-bones model, didn't even have aluminum rims.
But realistically, either one probably has their pluses and minuses.
You said the Jayco was a "better deal", but it is 2 years older. Was it that much cheaper, and was it in better condition?
