I bought a couple of the 12 speed folding bikes from Camping World last year. They came ready assembled and just required a little air in the tire before they were ready to be used. The ones I bought had the 22" wheels and were strong enough to support my 'mature' frame. I think I paid about $170 each for mine which included the free delivery for GS members. I've just looked on the CW web site and see these bikes are now on sale at $149.99. Both the DW and I found them easy to ride, comfortable and simple to break down for storage. Set up is also simple, just watch where you have the saddle because I did manage to put a slight tear in one of mine while folding it away. I also purchased a set of small panniers from WalMart which enables me to carry a bread loaf and a few other daily groceries. I believe these weighed in at about 44lbs each, they fold up small and are easy to store.

X2. Except I bought a fancy hybrid because I got a good discount and the wife wanted a beach cruiser (complete with basic and rack on the back).
