FordE450 on Sunseeker overheating

I have a 2014 Sunseeker with a Ford E450 10 cylinder gasoline engine. It only has 6,000 miles. The thermostat has been replaced yet it overheats when backing up. Does anyone have any thoughts on this problem?

Just into our camp site, about 40 feet or so. the fans are working.
