Forest River customer service not returning calls or emails

Since I got my new cedar Creek I tried to call customer service three time and always ended up leaving voice mails. And one email. None have been returned.

Are you aware of the Goshen Rally?
A lot of FR employees were tied up for that and probably have a backlog now.

Try early in the morning, I think they work early. I send a email to Denise and she always answers. Cedar Creek has always been great to work with

Call Tim Brumbaugh at FR. 574-642-8944. I have been working with him on some issues and he is one of the best I have spoken with there.

I also send and email to justin day in the warrenty department. So far nothing.

As far as Cedar Creek Parts, I have had the same issue numerous times. Finally had to threatened to go to the B.B.B. which got their attention.

Service? (different dept & people) it has been a lot better.

I've had good luck with the Rockwood parts group. I had an email answered in a day, then a return phone call a day after that.

I sent Denise a text msg. Anyway I have met her a bunch of times, nice lady. As a matter of fact Cedar Creek has been really nice to me, they have saved me money. It just must be me
