Does this ten days mean at purchase or completion? I just ordered a RockWood TT do I have tens days from now? I just made a down payment I still owe the majority when it is ready.

10 days after you take possession from the dealer & as some has said FR doesn't enforce the 10 days rule.

That just might tell ya something about the quality. The quality issues will catch up to them and I believe they are right now. July warranty repairs are being taken care of at the factory in mid December.
My dealer was supposed to pay the fee for the extended warranty and when he didn't, I sent the check to Forest River, which weeks later, they returned to me uncashed. I sent $100...it was supposed to be $150 and by then, the magic 10 day time period had expired. How convenient. I am soon upgrading to a 5th wheel and will NOT even consider Forest River.
DONNA LISTEN UP! IT'S NOT FRs FAULT. The dealer will tell you anything to sell you an RV. The dealer has absolutely NO AFFILIATION with Forest River other than selling the units. Dealers do not represent FR only FR does. In your case you trusted an unscupulous dealer and got burned for it. It's buyer beware!
Buying RVs IS NOT like buying cars where the dealership is directly associated with the product. Don't expect to get any other treatment from any other dealer no matter what brand you decide on.
Before you come here bashing Forest River perhaps you should know what you are talking about.

I've never had the Plesure of getting a New RV, my 07 I bought in Oct 09, But one thing I did stress to the Dealer ( Baydo's RV in Fife Wa) was my concern about the fifthwheel and the price of Repairs. So they made me a deal, I bought a 7 year Warrenty, and they paid half, all in all out the door my 5er came to just over $ 30k
but as with anything, you have to dicker on price and extras even on New rigs
