Forest River - you are amazing!

My Microlite was recalled for a significant repair after about 18 months. The essentially replaced the entire roof because of a leak in the skylight. They did a beautiful job. BUT....they didn't stop there!

I side-swiped a tree stump with a cargo door - they replaced it.
I bent the TV antenna - it still worked, but they replaced it. (Very minor bend).
I bent the awning arm bracket - they replaced it.

And more. I didn't complain or request repair on any of those. Someone just saw them and fixed them! In this day and age of shoddy service and warranty short-cutting, this is amazing.

Forest River: You are a corporation of the old school when service and reputation were prized. My hat is off to you. And future purchases will be through you.

That's pretty amazing. One question though...were you running out of the RV park from the "Gornicke's" to bend up all those parts?

Damage

Naw -- it was separate incidents on multiple trips. This is our first RV (our retirement present to us) and learning to back up wasn't as easy as in the videos! Of course, the tree stump was pretty low - heard it before I saw it. Like we said when I was in the military, "Back up until you hear your paycheck."

not surprising, they found things on my Ridgeview that were so minor I did not bother to mention them, they did a great job fixing everything, the problem was more things broke after it returned.
