Dear FORESTRIVER ERS?
I would like to give kudos to the Forestriver customer service reps especially Sheri Dunlap. I purchased a used Rockwood Roo 21ss last fall. I was new to travel trailers having only owned pop ups so I didn't do due diligence when purchasing. The rear bunk end seals were completely missing.
I didn't know this was a problem didn't really notice they were missing. To make a long story longer the bunk end had to be replaced
. My wife called Forestriver spoke to Sheri Dunlap priced what we needed and ordered it. I wanted to replace the seals on the front end so we ordered them as well. This was last November. All the parts arrived boxed and as described
. And there they sat. It was too cold here in Niagara Falls to do any repairs until the last couple of weeks.To our dismay when we did the repair we found we were short shipped enough seals to do the front end bunk
.My wife emailed Sheri and told her of our predicament. We received an email today explaining everything will be shipped N/C. No questions no excuses no problem
Four months after the fact. You cannot beat that. I was sure that there would be some question as to the validity of our claim after such a long time. I cannot tell you how impressed I am
. There will be more Forestriver products in our future
