We are thinking of fulltiming this winter. How do you manage your mail as we receive meds by mail. How do you get your prescriptions renewed.

Depends....

If you tell your health care provider how long you'll be gone, they will probably extend your prescription til you get back.

Personally, I'd call the healthcare company and try to get all your prescriptions mailed to your home in advance.

If that doesn't work, you need to check with the office of the campsite. Many of them will allow you to receive mail.

But basically, most RV parks allow packages to be delivered (especially medicines). If you’re somewhere that can’t/won’t receive them, you can use General Delivery at the nearest post office depending on shipping method. For UPS, you can sometimes have shipments sent to local stores. I assume FedEx is similar.

For our non-regular prescriptions, we just use Walgreens.

Where are you going to fulltime ? I’m right outside Hudson too.
