Question Function of this drain valve under the TT

After returning from a camping trip I was lubricating the TT slide mechanisms and discover a drain valve under the bedroom slide (none under the LRm slide). I scoured both the hardcopy and the interactive FR owner's manual and did not find any mention of this drain valve (attached pic).
Does it drain oil if so where's the fill.
Any thoughts as to its function would be appreciated?
Enjoy your day.

Thanks for the quick reply....It is my understanding the fresh water tank drains are the blue and red capped pipes under the TT. This is our first TT so we are on a steep learning curve.

Not true on all units the two low point drains on mine are white as are the FW drain and overflow.

It "is" your water tank drain valve..... the blue and red drains are for the hot & cold 'water line' drains....low point drains.

What this really is for is when you come down South during the Summer and the only cool place outdoors you can find is under the trailer with the dogs, they have conveniently placed a spigot for sweet tea.
