Fuse for Safe T Alert Propane Gas Alarm

I have a 2014 FR3 30DS, and after pulling into camp yesterday we were not getting any propane to our appliances. The propane tank is full, valve is open, but no flow. I looked down and saw the Safe T Alert Propane Gas Alarm was not on (no lights), and attempted to reset it but cannot reset. I was told to check the fuse, but I do not know where the fuse is located for this. I am thinking that if the fuse is blown, then the safety mechanism kicked in and has stopped the flow of propane. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated!

Probably the safety valve built in the valve on the camper. Mine did when I was gone and DW had to get a friend to swap the bottles.

Took it to the propane filling place. He screwed in a open fitting (no hose on it). Close the valve and dropped it from about a foot on to concrete once or twice on the base and when cracked the valve propane would come out.

Know a lot of tanks have to be turned on very slowly or it will lock up.

I wold pull it out from the wall and verify with a volt meter. I don't believe mine has a fuse.
