Getting a new 23LB and I have some questions

I own the same camper only with the Rockwood label. I think you will be fine pulling it as long as you keep the trailer loaded at or under it's GVWR. I have the murphy bed and my tongue weight (fully loaded) was 500 lbs.

Your weights look good. The WDH will place some weight back on the TT axels so watch how you load the TT as mentioned. My preference is for the Equalizer as it uses an L bracket instead of the chains but there is quite a difference in pricing. Your dealer can also assist you better with product he knows best. I am still debating between the Reese Pro Series and the Equalizer (not sure which model, he just said 4 point). So far, the disadvantages to the Reese are (1) you have to drill into the frame and (2) you have to take off the friction sway bars before you can back up. Would the Equalizer perform any better than the Reese?

Are there any other additions that I should have installed when I pick it up? Vent covers?

No clue on which one but almost every campground that I've been to, you have to stop on your way in for something or another. Either to register or behind someone trying to back into their site. With my pop-up, taking off the sway bars was almost literally a 22 second operation. To me, it's not a huge deal breaker.

Vent covers were about the only thing I had installed at the dealer before I picked up my camper. There wasn't a whole lot that I knew I needed before hand. Bought and did plenty of crap later, but vent covers were on right away.

Never used the Reese Pro 4 point so cant help. No holes to drill with Equalizer and allows backup without removing anything. Hope someone who uses Reese Pro can chime in. Hope your dealer is adding battery,propane etc. I added break away cable (Fastway Zip) and wheel chocks. There will be a lot of things to acquire if this is your first TT (leveling blocks, deep socket to remove wheel studs,etc,etc) Search forum for threads on getting started.
