Getting on the road

This is it, getting on the road tomorrow morning. Retired and our first (of many-Lord Willing) road trips.
Our plans are head south then west to Texas back up a couple states then east and eventually home. Sorta a shakedown, towing the wife's car and the Harley on a bike carrier. Going for about a month, only real stop we have to make is some family in Texas, other then that no real plans.
We been working on the Lexington, new tires, an inverter, serviced, cleaned and finishing it up today, only thing I didn't get done was the awning fabric, but my brother in Texas said he'd help me install that.
Any suggestions or advice from the experienced would surely be appreciated

Ever since I retired I quit being in a hurry. Sounds like you're all ready for relaxing and enjoyable trip!
