Did this myself 2 weeks ago. Hopefully it's a good tire. Date stamp on them puts them made in May and June. I like that.

I went to discount tire the other week to check on some but decided to wait until we come back and get some next year.

maybe it is a mental thing but the TT seemed to pull much better, with the new tires and it was much more pleasurable not worrying about having a blowout. they also must have less drag than the castle rocks as on the last trip i avg. 11.7mpg and this one 13.2mpg.

quick update, have had 4 trips with the new tires, i really like them, my gas mileage seems to have improved if you can call 1.7mpg better on average an improvement. the TT seems more stable on the road, wind from big trucks don't seem to be a problem any more and last but not least, yesterday after 110 mile trip home it felt the tires as soon as we stopped (not a tec guy don't have a temp. gauge.) however the tires were cool to the touch, heck the spare tire was warmer. this really surprised me.

and to youroo apparently they didn't screw up my axles as i am showing no wear as of yet that makes me happy and thanks will not let that mistake happen again.

I changed my st205 75R- 14 Constancy "C" over to GY Endurance of same size ( less than 2" clearance between tires) early this spring and also noticed about .5 mpg increase. What I did notice however, was that things that I normally left in place moved around at 65psi because of the stiffer ride. I cut the air back to 60 psi and I don't seem to get quite the movement inside the TT. I changed them out myself and repacked the bearings and all are running nice and cool

I have read my manual quite few times, but never have read anything about not placing a floor jack under the axles to raise the tires.

I will download the electronic version of the manual and do a search within.

BTW, smart move to remove those Chinee Maypop tires. Hope you installed a TPMS with those new tires.

Eventually, one of these days the manufacturers are going to install premium tires and a TPMS on all of their trailers as standard equipment.
