waranty work at factorty

In reply to fireman 1317. We have dealt with a young women in warranty and some others that always steer us in the right direction. Kiera N Smith is my perferred contact 574-642-2640. She seems to have a good handle on the right people to talk to. We just call the Millersburg factory that does Rockwoods and Flagstaffs. I do not know about the Roo. We contact a man Floyd D Miller,
574-536-9615 . He looks after the fixes with his team for our fifth. I am sure one of these could tell you where to go or call. They seem to have factorys all around Goshen for each different trailer. Maybe this is the repair plant though. I hope this might help but we feel they have been the best help for us even though our fifth is now three years old. We still call them when a problem arises and Kiera helps me out. I also write them a thank you to the head of the department after they help us and I don't think that hurts either.

Yeah I wish we could bring ours home as well. Luckily I am only 2 to 2.5 hours away.

Go to Top "Library" Click and go to "Brand Specific Info" Go to 2nd Year Warr! Print and send your Check to stated Address! Looks like Vibe is 250.00$ Youroo!!

So I made the trip up to Elkhart from Fishers, about a 2.5hr drive yesterday. I can say 100%, it is was worth every minute and dollar of gas!!! We pulled up in the parking lot of the plant and met with Judd Cripe with Vibe Service. He had me unhook my trailer and had a forklift come and move my trailer into their service building. There I met two individuals (I'm horrible with names) who walked around the entire trailer inside and out, inspecting it with me. I pointed out things on the list that my wife and I noticed and they pointed out problems or needed repairs they noticed. We marked every area with tape and they got to work. During that time Judd took us on a tour of the Vibe plant. Go to see the whole process from bare frame to finished trailer. Very neat and educational experience.

Once we were done with the tour, it was time to go check on the status of our trailer. There is no shortage in pride in what they do. It was very evident that the service techs wanted to make sure I was satisfied and happy with every aspect of our new trailer. Every item was addressed and I was given so many suggestions on proper care and maintenance. They even noted things that I had not received from the dealer and made sure I go those missing items before I left. Before we left I was encouraged to try to attend the FROG Rally in August as well as told to feel free to bring our trailer up at the end of the season and they would inspect all the seals. I can't say enough about the Forest River employee's I have had the pleasure of dealing with. All have been very knowledgeable and ready to stand behind what they build.

If you have the opportunity to take your RV to the factory for service, dont hesitate. It will be well worth it!!

Sounds like a good time.

It's just too bad.... Nothing was caught BEFORE it left the plant, the first time.

It's too bad, that same level of pride... Was not shown when it was being built.

Ahhhhhhhhhh the luxury of living relatively close by the factory ... sadly some of us would spend 12 -14 hrs on the road before we caught sight of the front gates. I too am with the group thinking you shouldn't have to make the trip in the first place if quality and craftsmanship would really be job 1 and not just on some 5 minute video or newsletter.
