I dunno the address, but what I was told at least for Cedar Creek repairs ... you can't just roll up at the door and say I have issues. They have limited space and limited crew. You have to get warranty work approved and then scheduled to be worked in.

I dropped our TT off at dealer on Feb 22nd. Still waiting for parts to come in. Hopefully this week. They say they were shipped out last Friday. Hope to have it home next weekend so we can get it ready for first trip on May 6th. Also hope it warms up around here. This weather in Michigan is really getting on my nerves this year. I agree the biggest issue in the whole process of warranty work is the dealer being able to get the parts.

Thank you Fireman1317. We are in Indianapolis and just picked up our 2016 Vibe 268RKS in OH at Jeff Couch's RV Nation and choose not to go that far for a repair.

Just contact Judd with warranty service. He is super easy to work with. Make sure and get a tour when you go. Have fun!

I guess i do not understand why it is so hard for the dealer to get parts if they are right on hand at the factory. seems like it would only be a day or two to ship them.

It may not be the dealer not ordering parts, found out that the dealer must pay upfront for parts and then he get reminbused later, also when my dealer keep saying he could not get parts, called FR and found out he never ordered them. Haven't been back to that dealer since.

Several things occur. The manufacturers do not necessarily maintain a large inventory of parts, if it is a previous years model and they are not longer using an item it quite often has to be ordered from the vendor that originally supplied it. In many cases when I have requested parts for an older RV they have been dropped shipped to me from the original vendor, however the order went through the dealer, then the RV manufacturer then the vendor. Convoluted path at best.

I've read more than a few times that people were told by their dealer that they were "waiting for parts" but that turned out to be code for "it's still on the back lot and we haven't looked at it yet".
