Weezer, you might want to try Ozark Country Campground. It's a little goofy getting into (goes through a neighborhood...but don't let that scare you off), but the park itself is very nice, and when we were there in 2010, they accepted Passport America (and looks like they still do). Half price. Every day, including weekends and holidays. Full hook-ups. It's actually just down the road from the State Park, and the drive into Branson is not bad at all.
We also did the the Branson Belle, it is well worth the cost. The dinner cruise is what we did. Fantastic show with your meal. They also have a great Butterfly Palace. Very cool place. And Branson Landing is pretty neat. You will like you trip there.
