I bought a 30 ft Salem bunk house. Beautiful trailer but even with a good hitch with sway control it was a bear to handle. I believe the tongue weight of 1100 lbs. was a huge contributing factor. 6 months later I traded it (that hurt) for a 27 ft trailer with a loaded tongue weight of 700 lbs. Night and day difference. I had to kick my brother out but he got his own trailer. All is well.
