Good service story finally

We bought a 2016 Grey Wolf 27RR from CW back in the spring had several issues with it and after spending 3 months at CW waiting for repairs and still not getting the issues repaired I decided to contact the factory (something i learned on this forum) it took a few weeks to get it in the factory but WOW what a difference in service they had it 1 week and did all the repairs. Biggest issue was the running lights had quit working after picking it up only got a mile down the road and the lights went out again, turned around and took it back to the factory and Chad and the guys in the service department got right on it and finally found the problem about a hour later while it was still hooked to the truck and made repairs. Got to give them credit they did a great job. Just want them to know it was much appreciated after our CW experience they have a good crew there.
