Got rid of the door hinges for water access

We have only had our trailer for 3 months and one trip but I found that removing the hinges to access the water heater and pump valves was a real pain. I bought some magnetic door latches at Lowe's for under $2 each and made the valve access tool free. I have no idea why they would make access to the valves the way they did but it was an easy fix.

Did something similar to the access panel for the hot water bypass using Velcro patches,
Still gotta get down on the floor to reach the valve☹

Removing cabinet door 3rd hinge for access

Did the same thing for our 2016 2304KS. Both at the water heater in the bathroom and under the utility cabinet in the slide out. I'm assuming F R wants us to pay the dealer for winterizing, instead of doing it ourselves. And, for the 2304KS, the control module for the slide out is hidden behind the kitchen cabinet door. I used brown plastic screw caps to plug/hide the screw holes, friction catches and matching knobs on the doors. In our case there's also plenty of room for storing the toilet chemicals in the, now accessible, bathroom cabinet.

They probably use the hinges to prevent little hands from touching the valves. If you have no need to have the access door locked then removing the hinges is a great convenience.
