GREAT Customer Service

At the Goshen rally last summer, I bought a new exterior "porch light" that includes a motion detector. Installed it and it worked great, and was still working fine when we put the trailer away in November. Got ready to leave for Florida about a month ago, and the "on/off" function worked fine, but the nighttime motion detector function did not work. After a couple of phone calls, I finally reached the President and CEO of the company, STAR LIGHTS, INC, Jason Weaver (by accident - he just happened to answer the customer service phone number) Long story short, he took care of my problem immediately with a replacement light. I highly recommend the light - SMART LIGHT 1000 - and especially recommend the company, STAR LIGHTS, INC. - for customer service second to none.
