Great service from Coachmen Customer Service

There has been plenty of complaining on this forum about the customer service for various Forest River products. In fact, I have participated more than once.
Turnabout is fair play.
I needed some parts for my Prism 24G, so I contacted Ron Ross of Coachmen Class C customer service. He sent me the parts quickly and without fuss.
