Hats off to Forest River & M&G Trailer Ranch
I would like to start this out by saying , Thank You to M&G Trailer Ranch in Clute Texas!!!
As I was not the easiest person to handle in this matter.
Long story short, I had a slide break while under warranty while camping out of town, several calls later and finally a mobile repair guy shows and we get it out manually.
Saved the trip but we had to get it in the same way. As we ventured down the " under warranty road" thing did get a little heated.
Lippert had the drive system, they are by far the worst company to deal with, I believe that the guy I spoke with uses the phone to hide behind, he does not know the definition of customer service, also when a product is purchased and it fails under warrenty there should be no issue in repair, well Lippert is a whole thread by itself, so I will move along.
M&G did come in and handle the situation like a professional , they had several conversations with Forrest River ( who definitely stepped up and did the right thing) and had the repairs made.
Forrest River also went above and beyond in taking care of all my expenses that where incurred with this situation.
