Haulin' the cart

Ok,, For the last few years i've been kicking the idea around about building a swivel-wheel trailer to bring my cart to Florida, actually i bought all the parts last winter but i bailed after hearing about how double towing is verboten in GA and FL but iv'e met several fiver' drivers who double tow with cargo trailers who say the coppers don't even see them(gotta' be some kinda' Jedi mind trick or somthin')so operation "swivel-wheel" is back on the summer build schedule.

-Anyone out there done this?
-How did it handle?
-Were the 18" trailer wheels ok on the highway over a distance say from Ontario to Florida?
-Did the fuzz give you a hard time?
-Can you post pics of yer' build?(i'll be posting mine)

I'm really lookin' forward to your opinions and thanks in advance!

Just camped in Disney next to a guy who has a 42ft 5 er and towed a 16 foot enclosed cargo trailer with his golf cart motorcycle and scooters. He lives in Ga close to me. He states he drives 80 to 100 mph. No joke. Way to fast for me.
