The BYPASS valve is on the hot water heater itself. Easiest way, locate the hot water heater on the outside and look inside in the same area. Usually behind a cabinet or screwed compartment.
It's located on the plumbing on the back of the hot water heater.
Additionally, you need to know if you are on electric or gas or does it not operate on both.
If your PDI was so quickly rushed that you didn't even get all the items, I'd call the dealer and ask for it again if that's an option.
A thorough PDI should be a few hours and it should go at your pace, not their pace. You need to write a ton of information down and ask alot of questions.
I'm sure someone with the same model will chime in. BYPASS valve seems like the easiest and logical answer but, it could be something else too if that's not the case.
Good luck!

When you say no hot water, is there any water present at all? First locate your hot water heater cover on the outside and open it. Using the pop off valve, check if it has water coming from it when lifting handle. If no:
go to the inside of rv. The bypass valve will be at the opposite end from the pop off valve inside. Most likely in a cabinet. You will most likely have to remove a panel in the cabinet to get to the hot water heater from the inside. There will be three valves, water in, water out, bypass. open water in, water out, close bypass.
If yes: check for electrical switch on lower left corner and turn on.
Please note: DO NOT turn on electrical switch if water is not present in the hot water heater.

Did you open up all your hot water faucets and let run? Kitchen, bathroom sink, shower. You may get some air at first, after running a short period are you getting any warm, hot water? Was the water warm, hot at the pop off valve?
If still no hot water, check your breaker box for a tripped breaker in RV.

Our friend had similar problem on their brand new Sabre - found it to be a defective backflow preventer - just a suggestion

Is switch on heater itself OUTSIDE as well as breaker on panel inside too?
Our dealer turned ours off on purpose so we knew where to find both when needed - part of PDI

When you say switch is on? switch on the hot water heater should be on the hot water heater inside the outer cover. There also may be an internal switch. This switch is usually for propane heating. If you turned on the internal switch but did not open your propane tank, it will not light to heat up.
Switch is on?
Switch on external of hot water heater or switch in side of RV?

One tank is okay - light your stove burner first to make sure air is purged from gas line
Do you have both the elec and gas on for hot water heater at same time?

Not sure yours is the same, but most newr Rvs' have a cross over valve that you can turn to direct which direction or tank you want to use. you do need to open the tank that the valve is turned to.
You can, as long as you have water in the heat water by propane heat:
To do this the gas lines will most likely need to be bled of air. You can do this by:
lighting all burners on kitchen stove.
To heat by gas, with propane on, water in hot water heater, turn on interior switch. It may take several tries until all air is purged. You should be able to hear it heating from outside if working.

Do you get hot water outside if you pull up the handle on the relief valve?

Hot water at tank but nowhere else....my guess is defective backflow preventer or your bypass valve is not opening ....
Dealer should find it in no time ! Good luck and update post when you find out 😄
