We just purchased a new 2016 Greywolf Toyhauler.
On its maiden trip we purchased a new smart TV to watch in it for the long weekend only to see that the Furrion entertainment system installed has the 1970's style connection set up in the cargo area.
let and right speaker plus yellow video outputs
Great way to take advantage of those 1080p TV's currently on the market.
I don't think the 50 lb tv in my garage will stay on the wall mount.
Problem is - Exactly WHAT jack on the back of a new Smart TV in the component video plug in string (RGB) is the one for a Yellow video input?
Is there a reliable adaptor that takes this and upgrades the signal to a usable plug in to the tv set up?
I suspect that once i have figured out which socket the Yellow goes into I will have to go into input settings and select AV (if thats ever n there . Correct?
why would anyone today manufacture something with anything less than Component video outputs or HDMI outputs
And unless I have cable or satellite hooked up to the trailer (in the woods while dirtbiking or ATVing) I cannot use a TV on the outside unless i want to set up a table and plug in a DVD player.
If someone with a GREYWOLF has a work around or someone else has perfected this in their SOB trailer I could use some assistance (preferably with some pictures) on how you are not looking at static free to air channels.
