HELP!!! Wallpaper border GLUE FROM HELL!!

Doing a few mods to our 2005 Rockwood and I decided that the busy border had to go! I've taken it all down and I love the result! Now - my only dilema is the left over adhesive!!! I've found that Goo Gone works...but it takes FOREVER!! Little area, lots of rubbing. Has anyone had any luck removing border? Also removing a TV shelf in the bedroom and replacing it with a wall bracket! Any tips on the small holes left behind? I've read neutral color putty or caulk!

Thanks in advance for any tricks or tips!!

You can try wall paper adhesive remover. I've had good luck with it.

For the holes, matching color putty will be your best bet.
