Heritage Glen 23 questions

Hello all! I'm new to is forum, don't own a forest river product (yet) but I'm very interested in the heritage glen 23' camper.

My wife and I currently have a 17' Starcraft that's been great. No issues ever. It's a basic camper (what we're looking for) that fits our needs.

But....it has a "pinch point" between the kitchen area and bath, and the only place to sit is the dinette.

So, we've upgraded our tv to a F 150 with max tow and decent payload in anticipation of a slightly bigger camper.

I think I've found it with the heritage glen 23rb. It has a couch to sit on, bar stools to eat at the counter with and no pinch point. The F 150 should tow it with ease.

The questions I'd like to ask anyone who has one, and fr products in general, is what is the quality like? Any issues? Any weird things to look out for? What is the roofing material? Is it a walk on roof? Anything else I might be missing?
