Great thing to have when buying a new home. We bought a 10 year old house, even had it inspected. A few months after moving in we had heater problems. The warranty people tried to fix the problem. Then ended up replacing the whole heating unit. Saved us a couple thousand dollars. Our warranty was about $400 for a year, provided by the seller. Definitely a good thing!
