Wow some pretty innovative and interesting setups, for sure!

As long as whatever someone wants to camp in is relatively safe, I say, "To each his own!"

I think I'm more impressed with the awesome campers who are pulling a 30-year old camper with a 30-year old truck...true rock stars!!!

Yep. Only 22 years to go and that will be me!

People will point and say "Look kids! See that old rig? That's from back when composite walls were the latest thing. You can tell by all the delamination bubbles! The glues they used back then weren't near as good as modern adhesives."

And I have seen those old rigs and TVs coming into the state parks. That guy and his grandkids are having more fun than everybody else.

I believe what ya are seeing there in the OP is the backside of a prototype for a new RV 1,000,000 btu air conditioner

I guess I need to start looking for a good used KW or Pete and a flatbed trailer to haul the nuke powered generator to run it.....

Small pop-up set sideways at the front of a flat-deck trailer...
If you Google "Crawler Hauler" you'll see that this is a popular setup to tow Rock Crawlers... They also mount truck camper shells over the gooseneck...

I like the DIY rigs. Innovative ideas rarely come from thinking inside the box.
