I am beyond mad at my dealer right now. They said my unit was ready.
This is one reason why I and many others do so much "warranty" work on our own... let the dealer deal with the big stuff, but little things like caulk and stuff... I would rather do it right on my own time and know that it is done right.

X2 an dealing the little stuff. It is tempting to say it is covered under warranty let them handle it, but if you can do it yourself, it saves a trip to the dealer and back and also eliminates the possibility of your RV being damaged while sitting on a very crowded dealer lot. Not to mention, that you are sure it is done the way you want it first time.

I usually do all my own work, but since it was in for warranty repair figured I'd add it to their list of repairs. It also fell within the 90 day sealing and adjustment period. So, it was their responsibility to do it under warranty.

How hard is it to replace the wiper seal?
