The water heater bypass is typically right at the rear of the water heater, which may or may not be by the water pump. Look in the access area for the back side of your water heater, and you may find those valves there.

I'll give it A shot. Thanks. I did take paneling off in pump area. Didn't see any valves on HW tubing. I'll see if I can find other access. You'd think they'd have it easily accessible. But it's not.

I'm not familiar with the 2351 layout, but you may need to remove a panel with a few screws to get to the bypass valves. My 2440DS required removal of a screw-on cover to access the bypass valves, but I thought that was nonsense, so I put a hinged door in place of the screw-on access panel.
Good luck!

I took off two other panels in water pump cabinet.
No valves noted. I'lll have to see if I can get access to behind HW heater another way. Thanks for advise.
I was lying in bed, and it hit me, you're right! I remember seeing seeing the red/blue tubing when I got home from doing PDI. Lifting the plywood bed up searching for storage spots. Thank you all for responding. You people are swell. Thank you all. I hope I can help someone after some seasoning.
