How do I Unsubscribe....

I've tried to figure out how to Unsubscribe to 'threads'. My email gets a notice when someone posts on a thread that I have posted on. So my inbox is full everyday, plus my iPhone alerts me that I have a new email when someone posts on a thread......I NEED HELP!!!! Thanks

At the top of the board go to 'User CP' there on the left under Settings you'll find "Edit Options".

on that page you'll see a way to set your subscriptions.
