How do you know when your trailers built in the factory
Hi all, just ordered a wildwood tt from rv wholesalers process so far has been all good, thanks dave prosser.Just wondering if anybody knows if there is a way to track it at the factory,like when it's being built any vin #s for it etc or do you just have to wait for the dealer to call.
Your dealer should be able to get you a " online" & " offline" date from his rep. Just ask for it.
Our dealer told us ours, cause we had to know if we could get it in time for a trip we had planned.

If you request from your Dealer to do this, they can get a start build date from the factory, at the time a vin # is assigned to your unit...typically once they start the build it only takes 2-3 days to completion. It's a very fast production!

To second what Ragin Cajun said, the camper's VIN is assigned about a week before production. That's the explanation I got thru RV Direct as I wanted the VIN asap to talk to the insurance company.
