Thanks for all the feedback on this subject. I've been passing all these along to my neighbor and now they're searching other dealers and other alternatives...as in liquid applications for a much better price.

Why is he replaceing it without having any delam? Tell him to just use esterbond tape over the holes. I had delam of the plywood, the factory had to replace the plywood and ceiling, my cost was 5400.00. But a Montana is not a compressed roof system like a FR. If he wants to replace the rubber then do it with the RV Armour system, do NOT use the people who come to your house, I have read bad reviews, take it to a dealer,, but it will be the last roof you pay for.

W/D I can't believe it took you this long to jump on the Roof Rap,have you been busy Babysitting? I knew you would steer them in the right direction! Some have ststed 13.000$ you should "Sub Contract" some of these jobs! Youroo!!
