How to contact Forest River

I had some warranty work started on my 5er and the dealer failed to complete the job. They had my camper for over a month. They lied and said work was finished when it was never started. They still haven't finished because they ordered the wrong part. It's been 3 months and the haven't mailed the part to me and I know they closed on the warranty with Forest River. How to I contact Forest River to get this taken care of? Their website offers no info.

See if this document from the Forest River site helps you find your warranty point of contact:

Ronbo, you can get the number from Corporate at (574) 389-4600, or call me tomorrow at (574) 825-8532. We'll need to know what brand you have because the various divisions have their own warranty centers.

Yah sometimes I find the dealer is to busy or forgets to get a part ordered. When I put a call into Forest River or email them I get a response that day. I have also had replacement parts sent to my home by the them. I've had good customer experience with them so hopefully you will have same luck.

Ronbo, if you're generally west of the Mississippi, call Jeff Holmes at (260) 593-2598. If east, call Danette Ray at (260) 593-2425. It will help if you can give them the last seven digits of your VIN.
