Hurricane tie-downs

Got a question... on December 23, a major storm hit our area. The wind was fierce and it knocked over two trailers in our campground... the two at the ends of the rows so they took the brunt of the wind-force. The one at the end of my row was a 36' park model and it ended up leaning over on its pop-outs. (imagine that!) Anyway, it got me thinking about the metal tiedown straps that came on my 401-2b. I've never used them and have nothing except maybe the deck on one side to bolt them down to... Any suggestions? What do most people who use them fasten them to?

at most hme centers they sell the tie downs for mobile homes, they are about 4 feet long and you have to screw em into the ground with a big drill or pipe.
for my metal barn i used four of em and come cabling

Are those tie downs flat metal loops? I'd like to strap mine down too.
