We did last fall. We followed the length of US 2 from Everett to St. Ignace. Good road. No problems with our 35' A plus toad.

Be sure to check the National park service site. Believe part of the "Going To The Sun" road is closed. We were there two weeks ago and went in to the road closure point from the west, then back out and around. We went around on hwy 2 and had no issues - as stated above, good road.

Hwy 2 through Glacier NP

We were there a couple years ago and the going to the sun road opened on June 26. Due to snow. We went thru June 27. Was awesome. Might call to see if the park road is open.

Now Hwy 2 from west Glacier to Michigan. I ve driven it twice from Glacier to Wisconsin. The road is a good road. Mostly 2 lane. Lots of oil field traffic up there. To see all the oil wells going in was a different sight.

Lots of open road. But traffic on the road and in the towns was light.

I just checked Glacier web site. 32 mile of the road thru the park was opened on June 11-- the rest of the road toward the East will be opened on June 19.

Went to Glacier today. It was open on the west side to the summit. Great trip.

Yes the rest will be open on the 19th. If it was open from the east to visitors center at top. You for sure saw the best of it. How much snow at the visitors center? Lots of water falls? picture is at the top a couple year ago on June 26 I think. ATTACH]80089[/ATTACH]

No where near that much snow. Lots of waterfalls. Beautiful drive.

We went from Grand Forks ND to Glacier and back on hwy 2. Good road, lots of oil field traffic around Williston ND.
