I hear ya. I've live in the Chicagoland area all my life (48 years) and this winter is bothering me more than any I can remember. Can't wait for spring!

Winter's the same length down here, but not quite as harsh.

This picture of my Granddaughter, Chloe, was taken yesterday. In was 71° F, sunny most of the time and calm.

Today, it's 60°F and overcast.

Sorry for the post !!!!!

Tomorrow is something called groundhog day in this part of the country.

The legend is;
If the groundhog see's his shadow, there is 6 more weeks of winter.
If the groundhog does not see his shawdow, there is still 6 more weeks of winter.

At least that is my version, after 64+ years of Ohio winters.

We came within an inch of beating the all time record for January snowfall!

We are ready for Mike's kind of winter.

I am about 80 miles NNE of Kim, and we had like weather with a high around 60 today.....what a welcome relief from the last month or so. Sustained winds at 10 to 15 mph, gusts to 25. It was a good day to finally do a little towing to see how the winds affect my trailer after I finally feel like I got the Reese WDH dialed in. It tows sweet.

Thank You, dogman, for serving and our prayers are for you and your family!

It was 65 here in Memphis yesterday ... The Groudhog would have seen his shadow here also. But today, it is only going to be 45 with a chance of snow tonight. I hate this seesaw weather!

I know what you mean, yesterday it was in the mid 50's and all the ice melted. The fire ring was completely clear, as of right now at 9:16 it is snowing. The everything is starting to turn white and the weatherman is calling for 1 to 3".
